Hanse Cup Germany

12th Annual HanseCup – 04th - 08th of September 2009

THE INSPIRATION

Born out of a spontaneous idea the Hanse Cup has become a popular tradition and an inherent part of the seasons plan of many Hanse-owners.
The joy of fair and sporty competition with other Hanse-Crews, the experience to sail with all the yachts in one of the most beautiful seasides of the Baltic Sea and the social exchange in the evening with barbeque, beer and local gastronomic specialties  are the essential elements of this event.

There are competitions for:

• the perpetual trophy of the Mayor of the Hanseatic and University City of Greifswald,
• the challenge cup from HanseYachts AG for the 1st place regarding time, without points,
• the challange trophy from Yacht-Charter Ostsee for the fastest chartered yacht regarding time and points,
• the challange cup from Hanse (Deutschland) Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG regarding fastest time and points,
• the challange trophy from Fam. Worstorf for the best yacht and the smallest crew and several daily prices

Participation at the cup is for everyone who owns or charters a Hanse Yachts. We welcome company crews, Hanse owners, all interested Hanse sailors and enthusiasts.
