Hanse Cup Algarve

First Hanse-Cup at the Algarve starting!

Also Portugal has its own Hanse-Cup now.
From Juli 11th to 13th the 19th, the Regatta „Dos Portos Dos Descobrimentos“ is happening. The racetrack goes over a distance of roundabout 100 nautical Miles from the Portuguese Lagos to the Spanish Palos de la Frontera.

Within this event our Portuguese dealer AlgarveSails offers the Hanse Iberian Cup - a challenge cup for the fastest Hanse-sailor after calculated time, based on the classification by judel&vrolijk (used only if the yachts aren't already classified).

Of course we didn’t forget about the social aspects. After the sporting festivities have been completed on the water, a big dinner with a great show program awaits the sailors back on land.

The south of the Algarve is one of the most beloved sailing locations at the European Atlantic coast.
